Growing Grace
Growing Grace is for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. We offer a wide variety of activities and events for children of Grace Fellowship. Our focus is to help children grow in the understanding of God's Word and how to apply it to their lives today.
Sunday Mornings:
Children's Church is offered during both morning worship services. The Sunday morning program is designed to give children an opportunity to learn a Bible lesson in a large and small group setting. The Bible lesson is presented with skits, music, storytelling and object lessons in a large group setting during the first part of the service. Children are divided into three rotation groups that retell the story using games, snacks, crafts or other hands on models during the last half of the morning.
Wednesday Evenings:
We start the evening off with games at 6:30 p.m.. Children may choose from a variety of games as soon as they arrive. This allows children to develop friendships with others. At 7 p.m. we divide into small groups for a Kidmo Bible study. We also do service projects and some outing during the Wednesday evening times.
Monthly Outings:
Growing Grace offers monthly activities that allow children to develop friendships with other children at our church. Permission forms are sent home on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Children must pre-register for activities that require transportation or materials that must be purchased in advance.
